Rome at Night by Vince Cianci

There are few things more beautiful than a quiet city at night right after a fresh rain.  Photographer Vince Cianci recognizes this, and has captured the great city of Rome in such a setting.  These photographs provide a vibrant visual tour of Rome’s architectural masterpieces from the Roman Coliseum to the great Pantheon.  What better way to see them than in the soft light of night after a gentle rain? I am quite taken by the natural beauty of these pictures but most of all for having taken them at a moment in which there is nobody around. It must have been taken really late at night because these sites in Rome can be crowded even at late hours. It seems to have rained a little bit which might have helped in finding them empty of people. The aura that comes off is truly Roman. Nice work. My favorite is the bridge on Castel Sant’Angelo.
